Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, Apostle (Dr.) T. O. Obadare, who has been in ministry for 59 years, founded The World Soul Winning Evangelistic Ministry  in 1974. W.O.S.E.M is a Bible believing and Bible teaching ministry that is dedicated to winning souls for the Lord and helping to facilitate spiritual growth as we look forward to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We participate in various charitable programs to help our community.
